2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the okbe platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement applies under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. okbe employs age verification procedures during the registration process and may request supporting documentation (government-issued identification) at any stage of account operation.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. The okbe platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the okbe platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. okbe makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
2.3 Registration Requirements. To register an account with okbe, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age, is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual person is permitted to register and maintain only one active account on the okbe platform. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by shared personal details, payment methods, IP address, device, or any other identifier — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
2.5 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a player account at okbe: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) current or former employees of okbe and their immediate family members; (c) persons currently subject to self-exclusion on the okbe platform; and (d) persons residing in jurisdictions where online casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbe account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your account credentials to any third party. okbe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your okbe account, you must notify okbe support immediately. You must not use another person's account under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or any third party — is your responsibility unless you have notified okbe of unauthorized access in accordance with this clause.
3.3 Account Information Updates. You must promptly notify okbe of any changes to the personal information held on your account, including changes to your contact email address or mobile number. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in verification delays or the temporary restriction of account features, including withdrawals.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). okbe is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by okbe for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
4.1 Deposit Methods. okbe accepts deposits via the payment methods published on the platform, which currently include GCash, Maya / PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change without advance notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the point of deposit.
4.2 Deposit Currency. All funds held in a player's okbe wallet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by okbe subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) compliance with the minimum withdrawal amount published on the platform. okbe reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests.
4.4 Processing Times. okbe targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform (e.g., GCash withdrawals within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts). However, okbe does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays resulting from third-party payment provider processing times, technical issues, or regulatory compliance requirements.
4.5 Deposit-Only Funds. Funds deposited into your okbe account are intended solely for the purpose of gaming on the okbe platform. okbe is not a banking institution and does not provide interest on account balances. If you do not wish to use deposited funds for gaming, you may submit a withdrawal request subject to the standard withdrawal conditions set out in these Terms.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers made available by okbe are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, including eligibility criteria, expiry dates, minimum deposit requirements, and wagering requirements. These terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is specified in the individual promotion terms. okbe reserves the right to void bonus winnings that are generated without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the okbe bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate cancellation of bonuses and suspension of the account.
5.4 Promotion Amendments. okbe reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in but before completion, okbe will, where reasonably practicable, honour progress toward the promotion up to the date of withdrawal.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the okbe platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence in respect of that game.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or network interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, okbe reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's okbe wallet. okbe will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical malfunction that cannot be independently verified.
6.3 Bet Confirmation. A bet placed on the okbe platform is confirmed only when it has been accepted and recorded by the okbe server. Bets that are interrupted by a loss of connection prior to server confirmation are not considered valid and the staked amount, if deducted, will be credited back to the Player's wallet.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. okbe may impose maximum winnings limits on individual game sessions, bets, or promotions. These limits, where applicable, are published within the relevant game or promotion terms. Winnings in excess of any published maximum will be reduced to the applicable maximum limit.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okbe platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the okbe platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
9.2 okbe's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their okbe account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 okbe does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or secure from all forms of unauthorized access. okbe takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the platform and player accounts but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.4 Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. okbe is not responsible for gambling losses resulting from decisions made by the Player during the course of normal gameplay on the okbe platform.

11.1 By okbe. okbe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months; or at okbe's sole discretion for any operational, legal, or compliance reason.
11.2 Account Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed by okbe for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, any verified and withdrawable balance in the player's okbe wallet will be returned to the player via the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the deduction of any applicable fees. Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, okbe reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
11.3 By the Player. Players may request closure of their okbe account at any time by contacting okbe support. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions, including withdrawal processing. okbe will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and okbe arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the okbe platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice from either party, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 Language. These Terms have been prepared in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
